These terms and conditions govern the sale of product and services from Acro IT Solutions (“we” or “us”) to the buyer (“you” or “Buyer”) through our online store.

Payment methods accepted for now only via EFT to our bank account with immediate clearance.
Collection is available only on request, no card payments are accepted onsite.
5. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Collection is only available on request; you will get notified when your order is ready for collection.
6. Warranty and Returns
Products may come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery received.
Product must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
A Handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
The handling fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, including:
- Inspection and testing of returned products
- Repackaging and restocking of products
- Updating inventory and accounting records
Example:
If the original purchase price is R1000, the handling fee would be R100 (10% of R1000). The refund amount would be R900 (R1000 – R100).
Buyer is responsible for return and shipping costs.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are Governed by the laws South-Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South-Africa.
